About

A neighbourhood taste, still made that way.

Namaste Chai is a Jalandhar name for foods people already know by heart. Not a new cuisine — the candy from the tin, the poha before the morning rush, the sweet kept for the end of the meal.

Authentically local is the rule on the pack. Short lists, familiar methods, and recipes that did not have to travel to taste right.
